Whether you’re just getting started, returning after a break, or aiming to reach the next level, we’ll work with you to create a structured, motivating, and enjoyable programme. This might include strength training, mobility, cardio, flexibility, or a mix — depending on what your body needs.

Coaching sessions are delivered in person from our private space in Scarborough or outdoors when the weather allows. You’ll also receive guidance between sessions, so you stay focused and accountable.
