Welcome to Thrive360. I’m Jonathan, a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer with over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients — from complete beginners taking their first steps in the gym, to professional athletes pushing for peak performance.
My approach is built on a deep understanding of the body and mind, backed by formal qualifications including a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy and a First Class Honours Degree in Health Science. But more than that, it’s driven by a passion for helping people feel, move, and live better every day.

At Thrive360, I offer 1:1 and partner personal training sessions from my clean, fully insured private gym in Scarborough. It’s a welcoming, no-pressure space designed to help you focus on your goals without distractions.
We’ll work together to:

- Boost mobility, balance, and functional movement
- Enhance your body composition and overall wellbeing
Choose between:
- 30-minute HIIT sessions for fast, effective workouts
- 1-hour progressive resistance sessions for structured strength development
