Perfect if you’re not quite sure where to begin or want to get a feel for our approach. Held either in-person at our Scarborough base or online.

🔹 One-Hour Progressive Resistance (From £15)

Ready to get to work? This full one-to-one coaching session is ideal for clients who:

  • Are ready to start a personalised training or wellness programme
  • Want focused support on fitness, nutrition, sleep or stress
  • Have already completed their consultation and want to dive in

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your goals and the steps we’ll take to reach them.
