What to Expect
When you start with Thrive360, we begin with a free consultation to understand your current fitness level, health goals, and lifestyle. From there, we build a bespoke training plan designed specifically for you.
Sessions are:

Held at our private coaching space in Scarborough or outdoors when the weather’s good

Available as 1:1 or couple/partner training

Adaptable, based on how you’re progressing each week

Designed to be challenging, rewarding, and enjoyable
You can choose from:

30-minute HIIT sessions – focused on improving cardiovascular fitness, VO₂ max, and body recomposition
-
1-hour progressive resistance sessions – designed to build strength, power, agility, balance, and muscular definition
We also provide support between sessions to help keep you accountable and motivated.
